MWB Volunteers Pack Emergency Medical Supplies for Syria

July 7, 2012 FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA. More than a dozen student volunteers gathered at George Mason University’s Johnson Center to pack emergency medical supplies for Syria. The students packed a much needed blood stopping pads that are in great demand at civilian mobile clinics throughout Syria. The supplies which are valued at more than $150,000, were donated by MWB partner agency Baitulmaal, the medical supplies are in route to mobile clinics inside the Syrian Provence of Homs. MWB has already been delivering medical supplies in northern Syria, and is now expanding its operations inside Syria, for more information or to get involved go to www.mwbrelief.org.
