MWB Volunteers Pack Emergency Medical Supplies for Syria
July 7, 2012 FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA. More than a dozen student volunteers gathered at George Mason University’s Johnson Center to pack emergency medical supplies for Syria. The students packed a much needed blood stopping pads that are in great demand at civilian mobile clinics throughout Syria. The supplies which are valued at more than $150,000, were donated by MWB partner agency Baitulmaal, the medical supplies are in route to mobile clinics inside the Syrian Provence of Homs.
